Police in Uganda are holding a man who was caught selling a human head to a witch doctor for 5 million shillings (2,940 US dollars) in the southwestern district of Rakai, local press accounts affirmed Monday.
According to the reports, Peter Galiwango of Mulabana Island was arrested a week ago in Kaliisizo sub-county, Rakai district while allegedly haggling the price for his ware deal with mystical healer Naluyombya Sauda alias Jajja Mutiini.
