Former LDS Bishop Sentenced to Prison for Sexual Abuse

A former LDS bishop and Boy Scouts leader has been sentenced to prison for sexually molesting a developmentally disabled girl.

Lynn Hill, 51, was sentenced Monday to up to five years in prison after pleading guilty to a lesser third-degree felony count of attempted forcible sexual abuse. He had been originally charged with second-degree felony forcible sexual abuse.

Prosecutors said Hill molested the 17-year-old girl while driving her to a church function for disabled children, and at the girl's home.
