If given the opportunity to make a 15-minute cell phone call to someone on a pre-determined list of 10 people that included political and business leaders, movie and music stars, and religious figures, three in five U.S. adults (60%) would call God.
These are the results of a recent survey conducted by Harris Interactive(R) among 2,719 U.S. adults between September 9 and 13, 2004.
If who people would call is any indication of who they would vote for in the November election, then President George W. Bush would win, with 11 percent wanting to have a 15-minute cell phone conversation with him, while only 4 percent would want to speak with Senator John Kerry.
Other results include:
* Five percent (5%) would go back in time and speak with Abraham Lincoln or Albert Einstein.
* Four percent (4%) would chat with Microsoft CEO Bill Gates.
* Three percent (3%) would use their cell phone minutes speaking with famous women past and present, Marilyn Monroe and Hillary Clinton.
* Two percent (2%) chose to speak with Elvis Presley or Martha Stewart.
