Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - Two Nigerian pilgrims were reportedly dead after falling from storey buildings while two pregnant women from Taraba and Niger states gave birth to still born babies.

Head of medical team of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Dr Ibrahim Kana, said the first incident was a psychiatric case, saying the pilgrim who came from Gombe state jumped from his room.
