Idaho Falls, USA - Idaho Falls police are investigating damage to two LDS churches after rocks with anti-Mormon statements written on them were thrown through doors or windows.
It happened between Thursday night and Friday morning at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints buildings at 885 S. Boulevard and 1200 Dubar St.
Police say four to six rocks were thrown through doors or windows with statements like, "Joseph Smith was a liar," "Mormonism is false" and "believe the Bible."
Investigators said they have no suspects yet. They have handed the case over to the prosecutor to see if it fits under the malicious harassment statute.
The damage to the building was estimated at $600.
