Calyton, USA - A 25-year-old member of a northeastern New Mexico religious sect who was removed from the group's compound because of concerns over her health due to fasting has returned.
Aquinnah O'Keefe, also known as Esther, returned to the group Saturday afternoon, according to an e-mail on the group's Web site.
"Physically I am doing very well," she wrote in an e-mail. "Just homesick."
O'Keefe had been fasting in support of the group's imprisoned leader, Wayne Bent, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for criminal sexual contact of a minor and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
