Castle Rock, USA - A woman linked to phone calls that may have triggered a raid on a Texas polygamist group is entering an inpatient treatment program after pleading "not guilty, mental condition impaired" in an unrelated case.
A court filing says Rozita Swinton will enter the program next month, but no details have been released on the location or nature of the treatment.
Her attorney, David Foley, didn't immediately return a call Friday.
Swinton has been identified as a person of interest in phone calls to a Texas crisis line that may have sparked a raid at a compound owned by the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Authorities say the calls were made from a phone number linked to Swinton. The calls are now being investigated as a possible hoax.
Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Tela Mange said Friday the investigation is continuing.
Foley entered the "mental condition impaired" plea for Swinton in Colorado Springs last month on a false-reporting charge. Her trial is scheduled Jan. 6.
The court filing noting that she would enter inpatient treatment was filed in another false reporting case in Douglas County, just south of Denver. She faces a possible probation revocation in that case.
