Calcutta, India - Police in India have arrested a couple who claimed they could cure ill people through 'ghost therapy'.
Kohinoor Bibi and her husband Majid Mandal claimed two ghosts helped them treat their patients, reports the Mumbai Mirror.
She charged about £30 to treat villagers for problems including gall stones, kidney stones, appendicitis, hernias and tumours.
Bibi reportedly told the police: "I don't treat the patients. The ghosts do. I am only a medium. What we earn has to be shared with the ghosts since they too have families."
But their arrest sparked unrest among people in their village, near Calcutta, who believed in the therapy.
The couple were released only after giving a written assurance to police not to practice the treatment.
