Kampala- Emmanuel Cardinal Wamala has decried the increased use of condoms, saying it's a sign of moral decay in society.
"Some people are about to be crowned 'Miss condom' but this is a sign of moral decay. All that matters in society is good manners," he said, last Sunday at the commissioning of the new St. Agnes Kibuye-Makindye parish church.
Kibuye-Makindye has until last Sunday been a sub-parish under Nsambya. Kansanga was also a few weeks back announced a parish. The Cardinal Nsambya parish for moulding the two sub-parishes into parishes.
"It's rare, perhaps unheard of that in one month, an area served by a small team of pastoral agents grows into three vibrant parishes. Credit goes to each and everybody who lived a Christian life and also served the community," he said.
