THERE was drama at Kasawo sub-county, Mukono, when followers of Ndaula's cult beat up Kabaka Ronald Mutebi's royal guards (abambowa).
The guards were left behind when Mutebi completed a tour on bulungi bwansi.
Over four mini-bus taxis which carried the followers of the Ndaula cult were barred. The passengers beat the guards, accusing them of being rigid.
"Katubakube, mutulemesa okutukirira Kabaka waffe ng'alinga owamwe yekka" (let us beat you because you refrain us from reaching the Kabaka as if we are not his subject," the cult members were quoted as having said.
